For Custom Product Orders:
Cancellation of custom orders that have already begun production will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

For Standard Product Orders:
Cancellation of standard orders that have not been shipped will receive a full (100%) refund.
Cancellation of standard product orders that have been shipped can be returned with a 10% restocking fee.
